HSSKI tickets are for a specific date & reservation.
Order tickets according to the intended date of attendance.
Orders must be completed by the deadline before the Thursday HSSki Day.

Once order is complete, you will be emailed a detailed confirmation.

Choose tickets based on DATE, AGE, TICKET TYPE
Example: Feb 6th Age 7-17 lift & rental

Please do not order multiple tickets for same person for different dates all on one order, these must be ordered according to the event date. ​​
HSSKI DAY
We will meet in Lodge 2, upstairs. The Lodge 2 is for open for staying indoors, eating, resting etc. It is a warmed lodge with tables & chairs to sit and relax.
​
Arrive minimum 1.5 hour before lesson time to allow check-in process and gearing up. Check-in process is located upstairs in Lodge 2.
​
Lessons start promptly on time.

RENTALS
Rentals are ski/snowboard, boots, poles. Helmets are NOT included.
Order helmet separately or buy one.
We recommend purchasing a helmet if attending more that one ski day.

The RENTAL WAIVER for must be completed before the HSSKI Day- Form needs to be completed only once for the ski season.

EVENT DATE - CHECK IN & PICK UP TICKETS
Check-in at the Main Lodge 2nd upstairs at Mt Spokane Ski Park.

We will check-in our group from 8:15am - 12:30pm... Please arrive between these hours to get your ticket order.

Upon check-in lift, lesson & rentals tickets are given.
LESSONS
Lessons are 2 hours long in groups of 6-8 SKIERS/SNBDRS taught by a MtSpokane Ski Instructor. During lessons, the MtSpokane Instructors will be with your child(ren) teaching/working on skiing/snowboarding skills on Mt Spokane.
Lift ticket must be purchased with a lesson.

Multiweek Lessons are consecutive (9:30am & 11:30am)

Single Day Lessons are for date chosen and do not need to be consecutive
​
Single Day Lessons DO NOT include a lift ticket, a lift ticket will need to be purchased separately.

Changes to lessons or cancellation must be emailed to us no later than the Sat before the HSSKI Ski Day...
No REFUNDS for missed lessons.

How to determine LESSON LEVELS-
Level 1 First-timer. I need to learn speed control and to stop. For those new to the sport of skiing or snowboarding.
​
Level 2 I need to work on my turns on groomed Green runs. Have ridden Chair 5 and can ski or ride down Ego Flats without assistance.
​
Level 3 I need to work on my turns on groomed Blue runs. Have taken formal instruction and are ready to perfect skills on the blue runs. Can load and unload Chair 3 without assistance.
​
Level 4 I need to work on my turns on groomed Black runs. I may even go off-piste. Can ride all the chairs at Mt. Spokane and are ready to develop the skills needed to be comfortable on all terrain.​​

REFUNDS
Refunds are not given however we can accommodate using lift tickets ONLY for a future HSSKI Thursday. No refunds for inclement weather as long as Mt Spokane Ski is open, we will be skiing.

Always stay in control. People ahead of you have the right of way. Stop in a safe place for you and others. Whenever starting downhill or merging, look uphill and yield. Use devices to help prevent runaway equipment. Observe signs and warnings, and keep off closed trails. Know how to use the lifts safely. THE HSSKI DAY IS NOT A DROP OFF AND GO. PLEASE STAY ON SITE WITH YOUR CHILDREN.
The 1% transaction fee helps offset the expenses associated with running HSSKI i.e. CC processing fee, website, software and taxes. We thank you for understanding.
GEAR WEAR 101
Waterproof jacket & pant, gloves, goggles, balaclava, thin wool socks, base underlay.
ProTip for frigid cold days-

Dress in many layers. (For example, slim fitting base layers + fleece + puffy jacket + ski jacket)

Use Hand and toe warmers

No exposed skin including necks and faces. Use lined balaclavas and fleece neck warmers.

Keep goggles on at all times.

Please wear helmets. They keep in the heat!

Make sure child(ren) feet stay warm and dry prior to putting on their ski boots. Wear wool socks designed for skiing.

Always have hot breakfast and lunches!
