If you have already placed an order,
you will be contacted within next few days with the following options...
Option 1 : Use current order $$ towards Friday lift and/or rental ticket. Any remaining $$ from order will be refunded less 5% at the end of the season March 2026.
Option 2: Refund of order less 5%. The refund will be given at the end of the season March 2026.
Option 3: Apply 2026 order to future HSSKI 2027

IMPORTANT INFO
We begin check in at 8:30am in Guest Services
MT Spokane Staff will ask for your last name and check order and give tickets.
Tickets will be given a check-in and must be picked up by 3pm or they are forfeited.
The slopes open at 9am.

Lift & Rental tickets sales are final and non-refundable. A form of I.D. is required when picking up your ticket. Tickets are only good for day scheduled. If a situation arises that you cannot use your tickets on the scheduled day, please contact us @ 509-675-8266 with at least 24-hours notice to reschedule.
You may not reschedule a ticket day-of or after the scheduled day has passed. Unused tickets will be forfeited. Valid for this winter season only. There is no refunds due to weather.

Make sure to fill out the RENTAL WAIVER and SKI SCHOOL LESSON WAIVER BEFORE HSSKI day. This will speed up your check-in time.

> Continue and pass Lodge 1 and arrive at Lodge 2 (on left hand side)
> Park and walk up to Lodge 2, enter and go upstairs.
> We checkin Lodge 2, 2nd Floor.

Tickets will be given a check-in and must be picked up by 12noon or they are forfeited.
Please note the lesson time and plan accordingly to be checking in 1.5 hours before lesson time. This will allow for parking, getting into the lodge, picking up tickets & rentals for HSSKI.
Your family can come as early as 8:15, however, the slopes open at 9am.
Please fill out lesson and rental waivers BEFORE to save check in time.
